Submission Form

1. You must be the owner/operator of the site that you are submitting.
   
   
2. You must enter your valid email address: we will sent your an email after submission, which contains a link that you must click to activate your submission. If you don't click the link, your submission will be ignored.
   
   By doing so:
   
   
   • You grant us permission to periodically email you at the email address used in your submission, for any matters relating to your web site, or relating to your submission, or relating to the publication of your submission (including but not limited to: the publication/non-publication/deletion/editing of your submission and any resulting listing, features that may be available on this site to manage your submission and any resulting listing, traffic levels that your submission and resulting listing may achieve). In some cases, these emails may include advertisements (but we do not intend to send emails that solely contain advertisements).
   
   
3. We require that you link back from your web site to this web site. You must permanently maintain this link on your web site, or otherwise your listing will be automatically removed (all links are checked on a regular basis, by software or by our administrators). We will give you instructions for the link-back after your submission, or you can view them here.
   
   
4. Please submit your link only once, and to one category only, and be careful to choose the most appropriate category for your listing. (If you have multiple web sites, you can of course submit each of those separately).
   
   
5. Do not submit unless you understand and agree to all of the following:
   
   
   • You are aged 18 years or over.
     
     
   • You will only submit lawful, accurate and truthful material. You do so on the understanding that we may publish any, all or none this material. You also understand that we may record IP addresses associated with your submission process for security or other purposes.
     
     
   • You will only submit materials of which you are the copyright holder (or the authorized representative of the copyright holder), and do not infringe any third party's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
     
     
   • You will not submit any materials that are illegal, defamatory, pornographic, offensive, racist, contain hate materials, or that promote or are associated with (even for educational purposes): illegal activites, smoking, drinking, drug-use, copyright-infringement, trademark-infringement, hacking, MLM, pyramid schemes, spam email.
     
     
   • You agree to indemnify our company against any claims arising from or related to your submission.
     
     
   • You grant us a perpetual worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free license to publish the information that you submit ("your submission"), including derivative works of your submission, excerpts of your submission, translations of your submission, modifications of your submission, commentaries on your submission, etc., on this and other web sites owned by our company, and in any media currently known or as yet unknown.
     
     
   • You understand and agree that we may publish, not publish, edit, modify or delete your submission, at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without giving you notice.
